When is the show open?

Vegan Life Live Manchester takes place on Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th May.
Opening times are as follows:

Saturday: 10am – 6pm | Sunday: 10am – 5pm

Who is eligible for a concessionary ticket?

Full time students, OAPs, disabled people, and those claiming benefits are eligible for a concessionary ticket. Carers are admitted for free when accompanying a disabled person. Proof of concession may be required at the door.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes, tickets are available on the door.

Do I have to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?

You can show your ticket on your phone, but you must show the actual ticket with barcode, not just an email showing the order.

Are companion animals allowed at the show?

Only assistance animals are allowed at the show.

Do children require a ticket?

Under-16s can enter the show for free when accompanied by an adult.

Is there accommodation available near the venue?

Is food available at the show?

Vegan food and drink will be widely available throughout the event. We will also have over 20 stands selling food.

How do I register for a press pass?

Can I re-enter the show if I want to leave the venue?

If you want to leave the venue after you buy your ticket, please ensure that you have a valid wristband or hand stamp so you can re-enter without paying again.

Are there cash machines at the venue?

There are cash machines inside the venue; please note that they do charge a fee for cash withdrawals.

Can I park at the venue?

Free parking is available at EventCity with 3000 spaces. Use M17 8AS for satellite navigation.

Is there disabled access to the venue?

EventCity is a fully accessible space and is all on one level. Mobility scooters are available to hire. Tickets and conference facilities are fitted with induction loops.

Is there disabled parking available?

There are plenty of disabled parking spaces in the free car park at EventCity, which is all at ground level.
